Steam Cleaning:
GBGS Limited Steam Cleaning Services remove all types of stains from concrete, oil from surfaces, and residues from process equipment utilising steam pressure washers ranging from 600 to 4,000 psi at 13-15 gpm, and temperatures ranging from ambient to 200 degrees. To maximise cleaning effectiveness, we add specialty chemicals, detergents, degreasers, mild acids and bases as needed.
Compared to traditional hydro-wash techniques, the volume of waste generated from steam cleaning is reduced, which may result in lower overall project costs.

We undertake project management and full time property development and construction of residential estates. We also handle design construction, Structural and integrity tests. Our knowledge of the property market as a whole and the local market in particular enables us to deal with our clients needs with promptness and professionalism thereby preventing situations that would otherwise cause delay or other cost implications for the client.
